Aesthetic work, finished with restraint.
The hardest discipline in modern cosmetic dentistry is knowing when not to drill. The cases we are proudest of are often the most conservative — a single veneer where four were proposed elsewhere; a composite refinement instead of a full crown. The shape, the translucency and the shade of the final work have to read as the patient, not as dentistry.
E-max Porcelain Veneers
Lithium disilicate veneers, typically 0.3 to 0.5 mm thick, bonded onto minimally prepared enamel. Used where light transmission and natural translucency matter most — usually the anterior teeth. We design conservatively; we only remove enamel that has to come off to seat the veneer cleanly.
Zirconia Crowns & Bridges
Zirconium dioxide where bite force matters: posterior teeth, full-coverage crowns, and bridges spanning multiple units. Strong, biocompatible, and milled in our in-house lab so the shade and contour can be adjusted in person rather than ordered blind.
Composite Bonding
Direct composite resin sculpted onto the tooth in a single visit. The most conservative option in the aesthetic toolkit — no laboratory step, no enamel reduction beyond surface preparation. Right for small chips, slight reshaping and discreet shade correction; not right for cases that need full coverage.
Digital Smile Design
A planning step, not a treatment. Intraoral scans, photographs and a mock-up are produced before any work begins. You can see the proposed result on screen and on a temporary in your own mouth — and reject or refine it — before a single tooth is prepared.
- Day 1 — arrival
Consultation, intraoral scan, photographic record and shade analysis. Your digital smile design is produced in our in-house laboratory the same day.
- Days 2 to 3
The design is tried in the mouth as a mock-up and refined with you. Tooth preparation only on the units that genuinely require it; provisional restorations fitted the same day.
- Days 4 to 5 — departure
Final E-max or Zirconia restorations bonded and polished, bite calibrated, occlusion verified. The whole smile is finished in a single trip — four nights, five days — and you fly home on day five.
- Follow-up
Photographic review at three months by video. Annual remote check thereafter; an in-person review at any return visit to Antalya.
- E-max lithium disilicate for anterior translucency
- Zirconium dioxide for posterior and full-coverage work
- Direct composite resins (Tokuyama, 3M, or equivalent) for bonding cases
- All laboratory work milled and finished in our in-house master lab
- Adults with healthy underlying teeth seeking a refinement, not a rebuild
- Patients who have been over-treated elsewhere and want a second opinion before further work
- Existing veneers or crowns approaching the end of their service life
- Patients open to the most conservative option that achieves the result they want
The Story of a Renewed Smile at Tantalya

Everyone's smile is the unique signature they share with the world. Sometimes, though, the effects of time or a small accident in the past can dim the energy of that signature. Our patient wanted a fresh smile that truly reflected her inner joy and positive energy, in perfect harmony with her natural beauty. The colour variation and structural differences in her front teeth didn't quite match her vibrant, energetic personality. Knowing she deserved the very best, she reached out to Tantalya to begin this transformation.
Meeting Tantalya and Planning
From the moment she stepped into our clinic, listening to her expectations and dreams was our priority. Tantalya's dentists carefully analysed her facial features, smile dynamics and personal wishes. Our goal was a personalised Smile Design that was anything but artificial — perfectly suited to her character and facial proportions. Together we mapped out a comfortable treatment journey built around her natural aesthetics.
The Steps of Transformation
The process moved step by step and transparently, always prioritising her comfort. Using Tantalya's advanced technology, aesthetic veneers best suited to her facial features were meticulously prepared.
- Foundation Preparation
First, the treatment for the tooth causing the colour variation was carefully completed, creating a healthy, stable base that blended seamlessly with the surrounding teeth.
- Pink Aesthetics — gum harmony
The gums, which frame the smile, were gently contoured for a more symmetrical and healthy appearance.
- The Flawless Touch
Custom-designed veneers, carrying the natural light transmittance and texture of real enamel, were permanently applied.
The New Reflection in the Mirror
When the final session was complete and the hand mirror was passed to her, the atmosphere in the room changed entirely. The reflection was exactly the bright, healthy, fresh look she had dreamed of. The happiness in her eyes and the genuine smile across her face were the most beautiful proof that this was not just an aesthetic touch, but a true inner renewal. Now her smile radiates her energy without a moment's hesitation, in all its naturalness and elegance.
At Tantalya, we know the most beautiful smile is the one that makes you feel your absolute best when you look in the mirror.
What do veneers, bonding and crowns cost at Tantalya?
E.max porcelain veneers are €180–400 per tooth, composite bonding €120–220 per tooth and zirconia crowns €150–300 per crown. Most people show 8–10 upper teeth when they smile, so eight veneers land roughly at €1,440–3,200. The least invasive option that solves the problem is the one we recommend.
How long does a veneer or smile-design trip take?
Usually one trip of about 5–7 days: scan and digital design, a trial smile you approve in your own mouth, then the final fit of restorations made in our in-house laboratory. Your dentist confirms the exact schedule at the design stage.
Will my veneers look natural, or blinding white?
You choose the shade in person from the clinic's shade and style library — a genuine range from OM0–OM3 to B1, not one white for every face. The design is previewed digitally and as a trial smile before any tooth is prepared, and healthy enamel is preserved wherever possible.
How long do ceramic veneers last, and what can go wrong?
Published reviews put ceramic veneer survival at roughly 89–97% around ten years, with chipping in about 4% and debonding in about 2% of cases. Most problems are repairable. A prescribed night guard, good hygiene and the annual digital check-up protect the result.
Is there a written guarantee on veneers and crowns?
Yes. E.max and zirconia restorations carry Tantalya's 5-year written guarantee covering material failure, issued before treatment starts. Composite bonding is a repairable material and repairs are quoted per case. The guarantee excludes trauma, untreated bruxism without a night guard, missed annual check-ups and alterations by another dentist without prior agreement.
