If something goes wrong once you are home
Distance is the reasonable worry, so the process is fixed in advance. First, WhatsApp the coordinator you dealt with all week, with photographs. Second, your treating dentist — the person who fitted the veneers — reviews within the week and replies in writing.
Third, a guarantee case is re-treated at Tantalya at no treatment charge; you cover the travel. Fourth, if it cannot wait for a flight, your complete records are released the same day so a dentist near you can act — and because the units were made in our own laboratory we can tell them exactly what material and shade they are looking at. Third-party fees are not covered unless agreed in writing beforehand.
