These terms govern your use of tantalya.com and the consultation process. Patient treatment is delivered under a separate written agreement signed in clinic before any procedure.

1. About this site
tantalya.com is operated by Özel Tantalya Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği. Information on this site is for general guidance only. It is not a medical diagnosis. A dental plan is only valid after in-person or tele-consultation with one of our licensed dentists.
2. Quotations and pricing
Quotations issued before your visit are itemised and signed. The price stated in the signed quotation is the price you pay — provided the treatment plan is delivered as agreed. If the clinical situation requires a change, you will be notified and asked to approve any cost difference in writing before the work proceeds.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Consultations and bookings can be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days before the appointment. Late cancellations may forfeit any non-refundable deposit (e.g. lab block reservations on custom restorations).
4. Aftercare and warranties
We honour standard manufacturer warranties on implants and ceramic restorations, conditional on adherence to the prescribed home-care and recall schedule. Specific warranty terms are written into your treatment agreement.
5. Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the price paid for any service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for personal injury or fraud.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Antalya.
